Group Home Behaviorist
Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking a Group Home Behaviorist to provide direct behavioral interventions to individuals supported by the agency.
Responsibilities include:
Assess behavioral health needs, develop and implement appropriate plan of interventions, assess and modify plan in response to changing behavioral health needs of individuals served. Develop system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of the individual's served. Provide hands-on and administrative training effectively by supervising the general behavioral needs of each individual served while promoting a person-centered approach to behavioral supports. Interact with other support staff and administration to ensure continuity and coordination of care. Provide training for individuals served in the areas of managing behavioral needs. Provide training for other support staff on specific behavioral support methods, and plans related to the specific needs of the individuals served. Review the implementation of approved support plans/programs. Respond to crises and interventions as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in social work, psychology, education or related field with one year of experience working with individual with developmental disabilities. Valid Driver's License. Strong Computer Skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Must be willing to flex schedule according to individual's needs.

Cumberland and Gloucester County Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
