Its major product lines include Aspen Publishers, CCH, Kluwer Law International and Loislaw. Its markets include law firms, law schools, corporate counsel and professionals requiring legal and compliance information. The Corporate Account Sales Representative for Wolters Kluwer Corporate is responsible for selling our information compliance products and tools (Legal Research services), Legal, Employment, Pension, Payroll, HR and other products to the corporate Market. Special emphasis on selling to the General Counsel/Legal Department within corporations. Sales Account Representative activities include managing and growing existing client base as well as prospecting for new business. The sales rp will represent Wolters Kluwer in a professional manner; contributing to sales planning and forecasting activities; and managing time and resources effectively. Manages territory of existing customers: Will be responsible for managing existing customer base. Will call customers a minimum of 90 days out from renewal in an effort to expand the account by introducing new products and securing existing renewal(s). Proactively solicit for new customers: by working with the Sales Manager to develop territory growth plans and strategies; (e.g., new sales, retention of standing orderEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
