Current NJ RN licensure. BLS, ACLS, dysrhythmia and critical care course required. Minimum of two (2) years previous critical care experience preferred. Previous management experience preferred. Must obtain national certification within 2 years. Responsible for coordination of admissions and discharges on units. Duties include staffing/scheduling employees, evaluations, disciplinary counseling and involvement with selection of new employees and coordination of peer interviews. Physical requirements: Physically able to carry out medical orders and planned nursing care, which requires standing, brisk walking, and/or supporting, lifting, and turning of patients.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
