Short Description

THIS POSITION REQUIRES ROTATING WEEKENDS

Join an administrative team that supports the Inspira Vineland/Mullica Hill campus .

The position primary provides administrative and clerical support.

Strong computer (Microsoft Office) & communications skills are a must.

Basic analytical support plus database creation and maintenance will be required.

Extreme attention to detail & multi-tasking necessary. Proficiency/Experience with hospital systems preferred.


Experience Required

Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience.


Education Requirements

High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred.


Special Requirements

Communication - Ability to communicate with patients, clinical leaders and coworkers

Computer Skills - Ability to create & maintain spreadsheets; navigate a variety of hospital platforms

Attention to Detail - Ability to keep detailed electronic records while multi-tasking

Time management - Ability to keep and maintain electronic files ensuring department deadlines are met.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
