We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities.
As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our outside facility, buildings and equipment.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all facilities - Manage a staff of 3-4 employees - Operate equipment to include tractors, company vehicles and forklifts - Manage and oversee external contractors for specialized repairs or projects - Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair - Have basic skills in electric, plumbing, carpentry and mechanics - Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues - Oversee the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment - Manage budgets and expenses related to facility maintenance
Qualifications:
