Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsement(s) completed or in process - subject matter specialization:
Science in grades 5-8.
Knowledge of assigned content and content-related pedagogy Demonstrate knowledge of effective principles of teaching and learning Provide students with required instruction according to the school's curriculum.
Assign and grade classroom assignments and homework.
Create instruction materials and teach prepared lessons.
Demonstrate ability to function effectively in a diverse school community Effective communication with teachers, administration & parents.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Outstanding instructional skills driven by data and delivered through rigorous and engaging strategies.
