The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Register patients and update their demographic information in our electronic medical records system Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for patients Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorization for services as needed Collect co-pays and balances due from patients Provide excellent customer service and handle patient complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Assist with other administrative duties as assigned Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Familiarity with electronic medical records systems Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written NextGen and Navient system experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
